In 1986 Dan and Marie began Caramanico Maguire Associates, Inc. to help salespeople achieve their financial dreams and become the most effective salespeople they could be. Right from the start their approach differed from the mainstream of sales training. They realized that traditional sales techniques being taught were out of date. At worst existing sales techniques were insulting to the prospect and at best they were very ineffective. They also realized that working on techniques alone was not enough because so much of success in sales depends on the mindset you bring to the sales call and the belief systems you have before you even start to sell.

They were so successful that CEO’s of major corporations hired them to transform their entire sales teams to help them scale the company and hit their financial goals. However they remained committed to working with individual salespeople. They have written two books about how to be the optimal salesperson and they have developed an online training course to allow individuals to learn consultative prospect-centered selling skills and to overcome their own self-limiting beliefs and become the best that they can be.
